I’m so excited about the LudoBites Cookbook – realeased October 9th – it’s such a great read from start to finish, plus it’s packed full of all the recipes – that many will shy away from but I say don’t be a chicken – embrace your inner Ludo!

In February for Mother Forkers we cooked from Coleman Andrew’s book – this definitely isn’t your every day Italian cookbook – for that I would stick to books by Nancy Silverton, Marc Vetri, Mario Batali (who incidently wrote to the foreword to the book above and below) or Lidia Bastianich.
This is one of my favorite Italian cookbooks – 70 pages on risotto alone?
